To keep our testing cycles consistent, we ship all prototypes during the first week of every month.

If I sign up today, when do I get my gear?

Our cutoff for the current month's shipment is the last day of the previous month.

- Example: If you subscribe on April 4th, your first package will ship during the first week of May.

- Example: If you subscribe on April 30th, your first package will still ship during the first week of May.

How long does delivery take?

Once your package leaves our facility during that first week, it typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive at your door.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! As soon as your prototype ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it from our lab to your tackle box.

Our Goal: Regardless of the quantity, we aim to provide $30 worth of baits in every monthly shipment.

What to expect:

      - You will receive either a hard bait, soft bait, or terminal tackle prototype each month
      - The number of prototypes you will recieve depends on the cost of each prototype

We don’t just want to know if a bait catches fish—we are asking you to help us refine how the rest of the world will eventually use it. Your real-world experience dictates the techniques, rigging styles, and strategies we teach the global fishing community when these products officially launch.

The Process:
Check Your Package: Every monthly shipment includes an Insider Access Card with a unique QR code.
Scan to Submit: Simply scan the code with your phone to access the Monthly Intel Report.
Strategic Intelligence: The report covers high-level details like action, durability, and color effectiveness in your specific water clarity.
Media Uploads: You can upload photos and videos of your catches.

Because these are exclusive, unreleased items, Insider Drops are non-returnable.

You can cancel your Core Tackle Insider subscription at any time. There are two easy ways to do this:

1. Via the Customer Portal: Click the "Manage Subscription" link found in your original subscription confirmation email or any of your monthly "Your order is on the way" emails. This will take you directly to your Subscriptions portal without needing to log in.

2. Via Your Account: Log in to your account on the Core Tackle website. Navigate to "My Subscriptions" and select the active subscription you wish to cancel.

Once inside the portal, simply select "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.

No, we do not offer international shipping. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your package. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please reach out to our customer support team at info@coretackle.com
