REFUND POLICY
At Core Tackle, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of fishing tackle and equipment, we maintain a strict No Refunds policy on all purchases. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Damaged or Missing Items
The only exceptions to our no-refund policy are for items that arrive damaged or if an item is missing from your order.
To be eligible for a replacement in these instances, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email info@coretackle.com with your order number.

Provide photographic evidence of the damaged product or the packaging for missing items.
Once we receive and inspect the photo evidence, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If approved, we will either send a replacement product or issue a credit to your original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality control, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items that have been opened or removed from their original packaging.

Items that have been used, rigged, or "wet."

Gift cards.

Sale items or items purchased during a "Final Sale" event.
Shipping Costs
In the event of a replacement for a damaged item, Core Tackle, LLC will cover the shipping costs for the replacement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer exchanges for different colors, sizes, or models once an order has been shipped.
